Q         How do I know you’ll pay me?
A         We have a legally binding contract for this arrangement. We give you a copy of the agreement to keep. We want you to bring us more than just one property referral. If we didn’t pay you we’d never hear from you again (unless you’re a fan of retribution) and good finders are hard to come by. We want to pay you so you go out there and earn yourself another £1000. That's good for both of us. Working with the same people on an ongoing basis is more efficient that having to continually enlist new individuals.

Q         How long will it take to receive my £1000?
A         We want to make it quickly as we get paid the same time as you, but it all depends. Buying property can take time but if we need to trace the owners and then introduce a buyer, even longer. But if we do find a buyer they will want the property asap. You’ll be delighted to hear you get paid the very same week the property transaction completes.

Q         How will I know if my property referral is successful?
A         We aim to keep you informed every step of the way. It’s in our interest to keep you abreast of the process so you see the results of your efforts. This will encourage you to keep your eyes peeled for more potential sites. You’re welcome to check in with us anytime to find out the current position also.

Q         I’m not really sure what to look out for?
A         That’s not a problem. We’ll take the time to send you photos of typical sites so you get a good feel for it. We’ll ensure you know what to take notice of and what to ignore. Like anything, it’s easy when you know how.

Q         Can I tell you about properties outside this area?
A         Yes, please do. We have buyers all over the UK and buyers who buy all over the UK.

Q         Is there a limit to how many properties I can spot for you?
A         No way. Tell us about as many as you like. Our only limitation is researching each development opportunity’s potential.

Q        I haven’t got a camera to photograph these properties?
A         We’re sorry to hear that. Photography is a great pastime and very satisfying when you eventually capture that one great shot. You can always text a photo with a camera phone. A photo is extremely useful for us to have, but not essential. If you can’t get us a photo then just supply the address with postcode and a good description. As they say, a picture says a thousand words and that’s why we like them so much when it comes to property.
